programs on this web site were developed for the use of Brian D.
Lynch, Standing Chapter 13 Trustee (hereinafter "Trustee").
Those programs have been made available through this web site
for use by attorneys and creditors in the preparation and
analysis of potential Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. by entering
this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the
following:
A. I acknowledge that Trustee's copyright on these programs and that they are furnished by the office of the Trustee solely for informational purposes by approved attorneys and creditors in preparation and analysis of Chapter 13 plans and that the programs shall not be distributed in any manner without the prior written approval of the Trustee.
B. I acknowledge that the Trustee has no obligation to service, repair, advise, or provide any assistance whatsoever to users of these programs through this web site.
C. I acknowledge that by my use of this web site, I agree to forever release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the Trustee, and future Trustee that might be appointed, his or her employees, their heirs, successors or assigns, past and present, from any and all claims, damages, or suits of every nature whatsoever arising from or related to such use of these programs.
