To receive a ZIP file via email containing the Feasibility and Liquidation programs please email ch13info@portland13.com.  Please include in your email the Operating System of your computer (XP, Vista, 7) and the version of Microsoft Office you are running (Office 2003, 2007 or 2010).

Please note that the Feasibility runs on Microsoft Access so you cannot use the program without purchasing Access.  Liquidation runs on Microsoft Excel, you must have Excel in order for the program to run properly.

Please ensure that your email server will allow .ZIP attachment file types.

PAYMENT CALCULATION:

To receive the Payment Calculation Excel spreadsheet please email your request to ch13info@portland13.com.  You must have Microsoft Excel in order to utilize this tool.
