 Pre-Confirmation (email us)
A case is considered "Pre-Confirmation" until the creditors, the debtors, and the Trustee all agree that the bankruptcy plan and schedules can be confirmed. An Order Confirming Plan will be presented to the judge to be signed. Once the order is signed and entered, the filing is now considered to be "Post-Confirmation."

Want to avoid objections to your Plan?  Use the online tools provided by the Trustee in the Feasibility Portal.  Email us your contact information to get set up.  Include what you would like your username and password to be.  The portal includes the Feasibility program, a liquidation analysis, and a pay stub analysis.
