 For questions regarding Pre-Confirmation cases contact the Pre-Confirmation Department at: precon@portland13.com.
- A case is considered "Pre-Confirmation" until the creditors, the debtors, and the Trustee all agree that the bankruptcy plan and schedules can be confirmed. An Order Confirming Plan will be presented to the judge to be signed. Once the order is signed and entered, the filing is now considered to be "Post-Confirmation."

For questions regarding Post-Confirmation cases contact the Case Administration Department at: postcon@portland13.com.
- A case is considered "Post-Confirmation" when the judge has signed the Order Confirming Plan. This means that all objections in the case have been resolved and the Trustee can begin paying creditors pursuant to the Plan.
