Welcome to Brian D. Lynch's Chapter 13 Website. This site
will provide you with general information about my office and
upcoming events in the bankruptcy community.
We believe that each person involved in the bankruptcy process,
from beginning to end, contributes to the success of a Chapter 13
Plan.
My staff and I look forward to working with all of you throughout
the life of the Plan. Announcements:

Effective immediately the Trustee is implementing stricter privacy
policies concerning sensitive personal information that may be
included in tax returns, pay stubs, W-2 forms, etc.
Effective immediately please redact the following information before
remitting documents to the Trustee:
1. The first 5 digits of any and all social security numbers.
Please leave the last 4 digits un-redacted. Please be sure to
review every page of the tax return for social security
numbers.
2. Any names of dependent minor children.
3. Any and all birth dates listed on the tax returns.
4.
Any bar code located on the right hand side of first page of the
state tax return (this bar code may include scanable data of all
information listed in #1, 2 and 3 above).
